Our Advanced Workshops are designed for potters ready to go beyond the basics. Each workshop focuses on a specific project or technique—perfect for intermediate makers building confidence or advanced potters seeking new challenges.

What You’ll Experience

  • Focused Skill-Building: Learn advanced forms and techniques such as multi-part vases, teapots, lidded jars, serving sets, and more.

  • Project-Based Learning: Each session is structured around completing a complex, functional, or sculptural piece.

  • Professional Instruction: Guided by our lead instructors (and guest artists when available) with demonstrations, hands-on guidance, and troubleshooting.

  • Community of Makers: Work alongside potters who share your drive to grow—no need to slow down for beginner review.

  • Seasonal Variety: Themes change monthly to keep your practice fresh and challenging.

  • Capacity: Limited seating (8–10 makers) for maximum support

  • Cost: $125 per workshop (clay + glaze + firing included)

  • Frequency: Offered monthly with rotating themes

Glazing

  • Students will be notified when pieces are ready for glazing and/ or pick up
